Welcome coaches and families!

Please make sure you have the following ready for check-in:
• Current AFA membership
• Proof of insurance
• Birth certificates for all players (digital copies on your phone are acceptable as long as they are clearly readable)
• Printed team roster, available in the AFA App under Documents

Please note: AFA has a strict Zero Tolerance Alcohol Policy. Consider this your reminder before arriving at the event.

Team check-in will take place at the AFA booth and must be completed 30–90 minutes before your first scheduled game.

As this is a youth tournament, we ask everyone to demonstrate outstanding sportsmanship throughout the event. Coaches, please help keep your players hydrated and prepared for the Southern Utah heat.
