Nationals Cancellation Fee:
35% fee for withdrawing from a National tournament within 31-60 days of the first session. Any refunds due will be applied to credit. 30 days or less of Nationals will result in no refunds!
Client Cancellation Fee:
30% fee for late cancellation (16 days prior to event or more). No refunds for cancellation 15 days or less.
Organization cancelled event refund process:
Rain out or other unforeseen events causing a tournament to cancel will be subject to rescheduling. If a team elects to receive refund, a refund shall be issued minus 30%. Refund cost is used to offset credit card fees, field fees, staff hotels, awards and repayment of event cost.
A Division must have 4 teams paid for us to run If we have not received 4 paid entries a division may cancel. A tournament division is not official until a schedule has been posted and is subject to cancellation if not enough teams sign up. It is our advice when considering hotel accomodations or air bbs is to not book non refundable rooms for an event.
If you do book a non refundable room and a division cancels AFA and AFA directors are not responsible for fees incurred by your tream. Always check to make sure a schedule is out before your cancellation date expires with your accommodations.
