Participation in AFA Slow Pitch tournaments requires an AFA Slow Pitch Team Membership. The membership fee is assessed per calendar year per team.

Please complete the online Team registration form. Your receipt ID number will be your membership number. Your local regional director will contact you for any additional info that they need.

Please be sure to complete your Roster and Liability Release.
